Bluebus is committed to expanding the European distribution network for its 6m minibus and has just signed an exclusive agreement in Greece with Syngelidis Group, a major vehicle importer.
Aiglon, a subsidiary of Syngelidis Group, will be the distributor of Bluebus 6m for Greece and later for Cyprus, when a right-hand-drive version will be launched.

This is the first deal Bluebus has made for its latest minibus in its range of 100% electric city and suburban buses. At just under 6 meters in length, it is designed to cope with narrow downtown streets, but is also ideal for short daily trips in suburban areas where passenger density is low.

The Bluebus 6m minibus

The Bluebus 6m was designed in France. Its structure, 98 percent recyclable, is manufactured in factories in Brittany and bears the mark of guaranteed French origin. With a range that could exceed 280 km, it is equipped with 3 solid-state LMP (Lithium-Metal-Polymer) battery packs with on-board power of 126 kWh. It can carry up to 35 passengers and boasts great maneuverability due to its small size (5.94 m x 2.21 m x 2.94 m).

«The agreement with Syngelidis Group will ensure our presence in a very dynamic and high-potential market. This partnership with a major player in the Greek market will give us the opportunity to respond to tenders for electric minibuses in Greece with a suitable vehicle. This is an important step in our European development strategy and I would like to thank M. Dimitri Xylinas, advisor to the Bolloré Group, for his valuable contribution in this process» said Richard Bouveret, CEO and President of Bluebus.
