Following the success of ZEB 2023, ZEB 2025 will return to Brussels alongside Busworld Europe, which is the largest bus and coach B2B event in the world and attracted more than 40,000 visitors in 2023. ZEB has seen impressive growth, with the 2023 edition attracting a record of 430 attendees. As the zero emission bus sector continues to expand, ZEB 2025 promises even greater opportunities for networking, collaboration and showcasing the latest innovations in clean transport solutions.
Organized by ERM and Busworld Foundation, the ZEB conference will be held for two and a half days and some new additions are being implemented based on feedback from ZEB 2023.
- More technical content than ever before
12 breakout and plenary sessions will open discussions on various topics such as real-world performance of battery electric and fuel cell buses, depot energy management, charging opportunities and grid challenges, technology and telematics, innovative business models and evolution of CAPEX/OPEX, market trends and policy support and more.
Insight from the Clean Hydrogen Partnership, Sustainable Bus, Transdev, RATP, EMT Madrid, Ruter, Eurocities, and the European Passenger Transport Operators association will make this 6th edition outstanding, and ZEB 2025 will be the biggest European ZEB conference yet.

Industry leaders, political bodies and transport operators and authorities will tackle key topics and challenges during plenary sessions, breakouts and rapid-fire Q&As with the ZEB audience. The official ZEB 2025 networking dinner is expected to be a key moment of the ZEB conference and the overall Busworld exhibition. During the last edition, the networking dinner was attended by over 200 participants and allowed great networking opportunities between the different ZEB stakeholders.

ZEB 2025 will bring even more synergies with the Busworld Exhibition with a new ZEB delegate tour of the event taking place to present the bus OEMs’ latest innovations and case studies.
Expected group(s) of 20-30 mainly composed of transport operators and authorities will stop at selected Busworld booths to hear the latest developments from some of the most renowned bus manufacturers.
