Pierre Lahutte joins the Supervisory Board of Forsee Power, a French battery supplier chosen, for example, by Heuliez – Iveco for the electric bus range and Alstom for the Aptis (as well as the Portuguese CaetanoBus, both for the battery-electric vehicle and for the hydrogen one). Lahutte’s role on the company’s upper floors will help to increase Forsee Power’s focus on the electrification of off-highway applications.

Pierre Lahutte joins Forsee Power

Aged 48 and with more than 20 years of experience in agricultural vehicles, buses, trucks within the companies CNH, IVECO and New Holland, Pierre Lahutte was President of the IVECO brand was until 2019, responsible for bus & trucks activities (9 billion euros turnover). For this same entity, he participated in the development of alternative engines, but also for New Holland, the famous brand of agricultural equipment.

Pierre Lahutte sat on the Board of Directors of ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association) from 2014 to 2019 and since May 2020, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of FRIEM SpA, the Italian leader in high power converters power for stationary storage and mobility, with ambitious projects in the field of electric mobility.

In June 2020, he was also appointed Chief Strategy & Development Officer of Navya, French leader in autonomous driving systems, before joining the Supervisory Board of Forsee Power on 8 October 2020.
