Joachim Drees leaves the Executive Board.<\/p>\n<p>MAN Truck &amp; Bus SE is reorganising its Executive Board team. Tostmann is currently\u00a0Brand Director for Production and Logistics at Volkswagen Passenger Cars. He succeeds Joachim Drees, who is leaving the Executive Board of MAN Truck &amp; Bus SE and TRATON SE by mutual agreement on July 15, 2020. The MAN Supervisory Board made a corresponding decision on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab<em>The Supervisory Board thanked Joachim Drees for his very good work over the past five years<\/em> &#8211; MAN points out -. <em>The product portfolio is very well positioned and successfully placed on the market. In particular, the New Truck Generation just presented was very well received by customers. With Andreas Tostmann, a proven production expert with many years of experience in the Volkswagen Group is now taking the helm.\u00a0Joachim Drees has initiated a sustainable change process at MAN and driven it forward in his five years as CEO of MAN. <strong>The product portfolio was completely revised and successfully launched on the market within a short time<\/strong>. His commitment is also to be thanked for the <strong>successful entry into electromobility<\/strong>. Joachim Drees has thus positioned the company for the future.
