The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sustainable-bus.com\/news\/arrival-board-of-directors-nasdaq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">UK-based startup has debuted on Nasdaq<\/a> in 2021. Also, Arrival has signed a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.sustainable-bus.com\/infrastructure\/arrival-hitachi-electric-bus-infrastructure\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">partnership with\u00a0Hitachi Europe\u00a0regarding the providing of\u00a0new bus and infrastructure solutions\u00a0to the European bus industry<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sustainable-bus.com\/electric-bus\/arrival-first-bus-trial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Arrival was expected commence public road trials of the Bus with First Bus<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 one of the UK\u2019s largest transport operators \u2013 in Q1 2022.\u00a0 The trials will see Arrival\u2019s vehicles operating on existing First Bus routes in the UK.\u00a0<strong>Arrival is expected to begin production for the Bus in Q2 2022.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"arrival-bus-achieved-eu-certification\">Arrival Bus achieved EU certification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrival successfully completed all required system safety testing to achieve EUWVTA. This major milestone is the critical step towards Arrival Buses carrying passengers on public roads in Europe and the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis key milestone for Arrival is a testimony to our innovative technologies and our unique new method of design and production of electric vehicles.&nbsp; The Arrival Bus is different from any that has come before, employing technologies developed in-house to create benefits for operators, passengers, and the planet.&nbsp; Now more than ever, governments and cities must reform public transportation to have the radical impact the world needs today,\u201d said <strong>Denis Sverdlov<\/strong>, Founder and CEO at Arrival.&nbsp; \u201cThe team has worked incredibly hard to make this a reality and we are happy to see our unique approach to designing vehicles realised.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bus features flexible passenger seating capacity across the entire flat floor. This improves comfort as well as creating more standing space.
