{"id":28509,"date":"2023-12-05T15:02:38","date_gmt":"2023-12-05T14:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sustainable-bus.com\/?p=28509"},"modified":"2023-12-05T15:08:03","modified_gmt":"2023-12-05T14:08:03","slug":"tsa-hausmann-expansion-road-segment-business","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sustainable-bus.com\/components\/tsa-hausmann-expansion-road-segment-business\/","title":{"rendered":"TSA expands facilities in order to meet &#8220;expected future quantities in the ROAD product segment&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em><strong>Credit picture: Franz Michalski<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Traktionssysteme Austria <\/strong>(TSA)&nbsp;announces it is&nbsp;continuing its business expansion&nbsp;with the<strong> takeover of the former Hausmann property at Brown Boveri Str. 10<\/strong>, following the rental agreement of the former Gr\u00fcnzweig building located on the border between M\u00f6dling and Wiener Neudorf (Im Felberbrunn). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The latest developments mark a significant milestone towards&nbsp;\u2019TSA-City\u2018, as the extension of the site is described in the company\u2019s strategy paper, TSA points out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tsa-towards-establishing-tsa-city\">TSA towards establishing &#8216;TSA-City&#8217;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing conversion and renovation work, a&nbsp;state-of-the-art logistics&nbsp;and assembly hall with an area of&nbsp;3,600m\u00b2&nbsp;is now in operation, TSA says. This new facility not only includes the recently <strong>expanded&nbsp;ROAD assembly&nbsp;activities<\/strong>, which were outsourced from the headquarters manufacturing premises to the opposite production hall, but also includes large-scale storage racks. This enables the storage of components such as stators and PM rotors from the plant in Tuzla (BiH), finished goods and other materials for assembly, the company adds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;TSA is thus responding effectively to the increasing demand for storage space and has now the opportunity to give up previously external storage premises in order to unite all activities under one roof. These measures are designed to <strong>enable an&nbsp;efficient and optimized assembly&nbsp;of expected future quantities in the ROAD product segment<\/strong>. Thanks to this strategic integration, all processes can be coordinated smoothly for an optimum use of&nbsp;production capacities&#8221;, TSA states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A small&nbsp;inauguration party&nbsp;was recently held at the now renamed&nbsp;Werk2, where&nbsp;all 400 employees&nbsp;came together to celebrate the remarkable success and this decisive step towards expansion and optimized work.
