Geely<\/strong> takes a 25% stake in Menarini<\/strong> and will provide know-how for the development of 6 and 8-meter e-bus models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Geely led Chinese new energy bus market in 2023 (thanks to small-sized vehicles), according to Interact Analysis<\/a>, thanks to sales figures around 75,000 electrified trucks and buses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The official announcement arrived on Wednesday 20th November, on the occasion of a meeting between Seri Industrial, owner of the former Industria Italiana Autobus, now Menarini, and the trade unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Reportedly, Geely, majority shareholder of Volvo brand, will also bring to Menarini the know-how for the design of new models, 6 and 8 metre minibuses and midibuses<\/strong>.
