The Ebus Test 2025<\/strong>, organized by German trade media Omnibusspiegel, is taking place this week. This annual event brings together manufacturers to evaluate the technical and operational performance of electric buses, scrutinized by representatives of public transport companies and journalists (120 people <\/strong>are joining the event). Ebus Test 2025, with some out-of-competition surprises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This year’s test features a selection of 12-meter battery-electric buses (last year the focus was on 18-meter models<\/a>) undergoing assessments on an urban circuit, with a focus on energy consumption, range, and charging performance. Participants? Iveco Crossway LE City Elec<\/strong> (presented in 2023<\/a>), Scania-Higer Fencer F1 Integral EV<\/strong> (presented at IAA 2024, towards commercialization in Germany and Austria<\/a>), Solaris Urbino 12 Electric<\/strong> in its latest update with modular drive approach<\/a>, VDL Citea LF-122<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
