Pre-booking will also be available to riders.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The service has already successfully launched in Seneca, Genesee, Orleans, Ontario and Wyoming with services in Wayne and Livingston being launched by Spring, TRC states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RTS is a New York State public-benefit corporation providing public transportation across an eight-county region in and around Rochester, delivering over 10 million rides annually. Through this partnership, TRC\u2019s Pingo platform powers a service &#8220;that bridges mobility gaps, particularly in rural and underserved communities, offering real-time ride booking and optimized routing to enhance rider convenience and efficiency&#8221;, as TRC states.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThis partnership is a major milestone for on-demand transit, and we are proud to partner with RGRTA to redefine how mobility is delivered in the Rochester area having launched the first of seven counties with this 132 vehicle deployment,\u201d said <strong>James Cox<\/strong>, Chief Executive Officer, TRC. \u201cBy leveraging the Pingo platform, we\u2019re ensuring that communities \u2013 especially those in rural areas \u2013 have access to equitable, reliable, and flexible transportation options.
