Van Maanen, who joined Ebusco as Chief Operating Officer (COO) on 1 January 2025, will now serve as a board member for a term ending in 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, <strong>Duan Wei<\/strong>, Gotion&#8217;s EMEA Vice President, has been appointed as a member of the Management Board and will take on the role of <strong>Deputy CEO on a part-time basis<\/strong>. His appointment follows the agreement between Ebusco and Gotion, which granted Gotion the right to a board representative as part of the investment arrangement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further strengthening Gotion\u2019s presence within Ebusco, <strong>Chen Li<\/strong> has been appointed to the Supervisory Board. His term will run until the AGM in 2027, aligning with the company\u2019s strategic partnership with the battery manufacturer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ebusco approved issuance authorization <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Shareholders also granted the <strong>Management Board authorization to issue up to 16 million new shares<\/strong> and to <strong>limit or exclude pre-emptive rights<\/strong> for 18 months, until 26 September 2026.
