Adoption of electric\u00a0buses has increased more than\u00a080-fold between 2011 and 2017. The World Resources Institute\u00a0(WRI)<\/strong> has released two reports on the topic of battery electric bus deployment<\/strong>, putting Asian, African and South American cities\u00a0<\/strong>in the spotlight.<\/p>\n The two reports, indeed, consider the experience of\u00a016 city worldwide (only Philadelphia and Madrid have been considered in Western countries)\u00a0<\/strong>analyzing different path cities have taken toward electric bus adoption, the enabling conditions for success, and common problems.<\/p>\n
