A Hyundai fuel cell bus for the Korean police. The vehicle has been unveiled a few days ago and features large internal space for police equipment. It is powered by a 95 kW fuel cell module<\/strong> with tanks located on the roof and will be tested during 2020.<\/p>\n
The first hydrogen powered police buses are expected to officially hit the road in 2021. And by 2028, the government plans to purchase a total of 802 hydrogen buses for the police.<\/p>\n
Hyundai has recently signed a deal with Cummins<\/strong> to jointly develop and commercialize electric and fuel cell powertrains combining Hyundai fuel cell systems and Cummins\u2019 electric powertrain, battery and control technologies.<\/p>\nsource: FuelCellWorks<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
